Ronda Rousey's journey through combat sports underscores her exceptional prowess. Her meteoric rise dramatically reshaped the perception of women in MMA. With a 6-2 record in the UFC, 'Rowdy' made history as the promotion's first women's bantamweight champion and successfully defended her title five times.

Rousey hung up her gloves after consecutive knockout losses to Holly Holm and Amanda Nunes, the last of which happened in December 2016. The 37-year-old transitioned to professional wrestling in 2018, signing with WWE. She departed the promotion in August 2023 to focus on her personal life and other ventures.

Rousey and Browne, who married in 2017 after dating for two years during their UFC careers, welcomed their daughter, La’akea Makalapuaokalanipō Browne, in September 2021. 'Rousey' also embraces the role of stepmother to Browne's two children from a previous marriage.

The panel, hosted by former WWE star and Hollywood actor Dave Bautista, was designed to promote the Kickstarter campaign for Rousey's debut graphic novel, 'Expecting the Unexpected'. 'Rowdy' collaborated with critically acclaimed artist Mike Deodato Jr., known for his work on high-profile projects like 'Avengers' and 'The Flash.'

The novel's storyline follows Rousey, who plays a hitwoman known as "Mom". After becoming pregnant from an encounter with a target, she faces the dual challenges of managing her pregnancy and her dangerous profession.

Rousey is also penning the screenplay for her upcoming autobiography, set to premiere on Netflix. This project will be based on her memoirs, 'My Fight/Your Fight' and 'Our Fight', co-authored with her sister, Maria Burns Ortiz.

The film will explore Rousey's journey, detailing her departure from the UFC following two crushing knockout defeats, her battles with concussions, and her tumultuous career as a professional wrestler in WWE.
