Making the rounds in social media and the internet today is Israel Adesanya's emotional speech at the UFC 305 pre-fight press conference. Sitting across his rival, UFC middleweight champion Dricus du Plessis, the Nigerian-born Kiwi fighter declared that he'll come back to visit his birthplace in the coming days.

Du Plessis then fires a subtle jab at Adesanya's perceived "privileged" life in Nigeria when he was young, saying:

"Are you [Adesanya] taking the servants with you when you're going back [to Nigeria]?"

Seemingly triggered and offended by the champion's low remark on his personal family history, Adesanya fires back with:

"What the f**k are you even on about? You don't know anything about my story. You have no idea who the f**k I am. My father and myself had to wake up at 4 a.m to clean the banks while my mom studied to be a nurse, you don't know my f**king story!"

It's at this point where the former UFC middleweight king starts shedding some tears, talking about his family and those who motivate him:

"I do this for the people I love. I will fight for you forever... I am a f**king human being, I am a man. I can cry and whoop your a*s at the same time. I feel the love from the crowd... Sunday I'm gonna f**king kill your [du Plessis] dreams b**ch."
