ONE world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon thinks the ONE 168: Denver headliner between two-sport king Jonathan Haggerty and Superlek Kiatmoo9 will come down to whoever makes the first mistake.
Emanating from Ball Arena, ONE Championship returns to The Mile High City for one of the most anticipated cards of the year. In the main event of the evening, Haggerty will put his ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world championship on the line against current ONE flyweight kickboxing titleholder Superlek.
Rodtang, who has shared the Circle with both Haggerty and 'The Kicking Machine' in recent years, offered his thoughts on their impending title tilt during a recent interview with ONE, saying:

“This match is close. Both are elite fighters and their skills are on par. It’ll depend on who makes mistakes first."
During Haggerty's time at flyweight, 'The General' came up short against Rodtang in back-to-back bouts, including an absolute banger at ONE: Dawn of Heroes in Aug. 2019.
'The Iron Man' also went toe-to-toe with Superlek last September, suffering his first loss in 'the art of eight limbs' under the ONE banner.

Since his win over Rodtang at ONE Friday Fights 34, 'The Kicking Machine' has continued to smash his way through the competition, including a destructive showing against Japanese kickboxing icon Takeru Segawa at ONE 165 in Tokyo.
He followed that up five months later with another dominant performance at ONE Friday Fights 68, landing a decisive decision victory over Thai prospect Kongthoranee Sor Sommai.
Superlek plans on delivering another unforgettable showing as he moves up from his post at flyweight determined to bring another 26 pounds of gold back to The Land of Smiles. In an interview with ONE Championship, Superlek said:
"It'll be explosive. I'll go all out in this fight. It'll be exciting, and you won't be disappointed! I've always been a technical fighter. I've never been knocked out in my career, but I'll go all out this time."
ONE 168: Denver will air live on Amazon Prime Video in U.S. primetime in both the United States and Canada on Friday, Sept. 6. Follow this link for tickets to attend the event live at Ball Arena.
