Dante Leon is heading into a rematch against an opponent that has gotten the better of him in the past.
The Canadian ground game wizard is confident that he has made the right improvements and adjustments over time to get his hand raised in this hotly anticipated sequel.
However, he also knows that his opponent has developed his style which creates some new and interesting puzzles for him to solve.
Dante Leon faces off with Tommy Langaker at ONE Fight Night 27 in a high-level submission grappling contest.

While he has a good understanding of the Norwegian's game, the recent arrival in ONE also acknowledged that there are aspects of this matchup that he will have to discover in the moment.
He spoke in a recent interview with ONE Championship about how Langaker's strong guard game may have changed since the last time that they went toe-to-toe:
"I'm sure it still stayed the same, but with his strength gains, with the focus on wrestling, and him playing top, it'll be interesting to see if he keeps his same kind of guard game. It'll be interesting to see if he keeps that same aspect of his game, or if that suffered a little bit."
Dante Leon is prepared for anything
The way that Dante Leon speaks about this matchup doesn't give across the impression of someone who is worried about the same result repeating itself.
Leon is confident that he can even the score with Langaker in just his second appearance under the ONE banner.
His debut was a slick performance against Bruno Pucci, which helped him to announce himself to the fans and the rest of the roster.
That said, Langaker is a big step-up from that and Leon is aware of this even if he does believe that he will get his hand raised on Jan. 10 inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
