'Lil' Savage' Alyse Anderson is grateful for another chance to be back on track as she gears up for her second appearance in Denver for ONE Championship.

The American atomweight MMA is slated to clash with a surging contender in Victoria Souza, and she's ready to give the best she can to take the 'W' over the Brazilian.

Completing her homework on Souza, Anderson is extremely motivated to enter the Circle and put on a good show to entertain the crowd inside Denver's Ball Arena. Most of all, she is thankful that ONE gave her another opportunity there.

The 29-year-old conveyed this when interviewed by ONE Championship ahead of the fight week for the September 6 spectacle.

She said:

“It meant a lot to see the promotion get behind me in the United States. It made me feel really good and positive. That’s giving me that much more of a push to give my best and get the best result.”

More importantly, Alyse Anderson is dedicating this fight for her ailing father, who was recently diagnosed with cancer.

North American fans can catch the event live in U.S. primetime free of charge with an active Amazon Prime Video subscription. Limited tickets are still available via Ticketmaster.

Stamp Fairtex breaks down keys to victory for Alyse Anderson and Victoria Souza

ONE atomweight MMA queen Stamp Fairtex will keep an eye on the crucial clash between two rising contenders Alyse Anderson and Victoria Souza.

Either one of the two would be able to take a step closer to the division's top five rankings, or even stepping up as a contender for the atomweight world title.

Even more so, the Fairtex Training Center believes that Anderson will have bigger advantage in the striking department, while the Brazilian will have an edge on the ground.

In an interview with ONE Championship, Stamp said:

"I think Alyse has advantages in strength and speed. Victoria is really good at grappling. I think those are their main strengths."
