Superlek Kiatmoo9 is more than ready for the biggest fight of his career. The reigning ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion will gun for his second piece of ONE Championship gold when he challenges Jonathan Haggerty for the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title at ONE 168: Denver.

Superlek's world title challenge goes down at Ball Arena on September 6. Taking to Instagram, the Thai superstar expressed his excitement about finally trading limbs and leather with the British superstar in the Mile High City.

'The Kicking Machine' has been burning the training fuel at his home gym in preparation for his massive rematch against Haggerty. Superlek already owns a victory over Haggerty when they squared off at Yokkao in 2018.

Now that both he and 'The General' are world champions in ONE Championship, the magnitude of their match in Denver practically goes above super fight territory.

Haggerty also holds the ONE bantamweight kickboxing world title and is on a six-fight winning streak, with wins over Nong-O Hama, Felipe Lobo, and bantamweight MMA king Fabricio Andrade.

Superlek, meanwhile, is on a crazy 10-fight winning streak and holds wins over ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon, Takeru Segawa, Daniel Puertas, and Tagir Khalilov.

Tickets for ONE 168 are available at Ticketmaster.

Superlek says Jonathan Haggerty's championship mentality has yet to be tested

Superlek has faced the best fighters ONE Championship threw his way, and he's determined to add Jonathan Haggerty to his list of victims. In an interview with the promotion, 'The Kicking Machine' said he's as battle-tested as any while taking a shot at Haggerty's championship pedigree.

Superlek said Haggerty has yet to be tested as a bantamweight world champion because he has never fought in the championship rounds in the heavier 145-pound division.

"I'd like to win by knockout. Haggerty has never reached the fourth round when defending his belt, but I have."

Superlek's last world title defense saw him capture a unanimous decision win over Japanese legend Takeru Segawa at ONE 165 in January this year.
