Nabil Anane knows he won't be in his domain the moment he steps between the ropes against Petchtanong Petchfergus. The 6-foot-4 phenom will make his promotional kickboxing debut against the Thai superstar at the stacked ONE Fight Night 26 card on Dec. 6, U.S. primetime, at the historic Lumpinee Stadium.
In an interview with the Bangkok Post, Anane said he'll be at a disadvantage against Petchtanong once they touch gloves in Bangkok. Petchtanong is a former ONE bantamweight kickboxing world champion with a ridiculous professional record of 359-56-1.

"Petchtanong is considered to be a master in kickboxing. It’s his game."
Anane is one of the brightest young stars in Muay Thai and has won two WBC Muay Thai world titles before he made his debut under the ONE Championship umbrella in June 2023.
After falling to two-sport world champion Superlek Kiatmoo9, Anane racked up five straight wins across the flyweight and bantamweight divisions. Anane used his towering frame and range to put away Nakrob Fairtex, Muangthai PK Saenchai, Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai, former world title contender Felipe Lobo and Soe Lin Oo.
The Thai-Algerian rising star now looks to step into a new chapter in his career when he faces one of the biggest tests of his ONE Championship run.
Anane's promotional kickboxing debut against Petchtanong, and the entire ONE Fight Night 26 card, are available live and free to all Prime Video subscribers in the United States and Canada.

In an interview with the Bangkok Post, the former ONE bantamweight kickboxing world champion said Anane has what it takes to clear out the bantamweight kickboxing and Muay Thai divisions.
He said:
"He's got a pretty good right-handed punch, he's got good knees. He'll run out of opponents in a couple of years in ONE."
