The 21-year-old BJJ black belt said:

"I believe Tye will get the sub, dude. Tye’s, you know, he never really changes, man. It's so hard to steer him away from his goal - take down, pass, submit, you know. He does it to everyone for the most part and I don't see him not doing it this weekend."

Tye's fight will be a non-world title affair and will be contested at a catchweight of 186-pounds.

Meanwhile, Kade Ruotolo himself is getting ready to return to action.

Following his successful professional mixed martial arts debut in early June, Kade will return to the submission grappling arena to face his most accomplished foe to date.

Kade Ruotolo will put ONE Championship gold on the line against fellow titleholder Mikey Musumeci at ONE 168: Denver

The two lock horns at ONE 168: Denver, in ONE Championship's highly anticipated return to U.S. soil.

The event broadcasts live from the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado on Friday, September 6th.

Fans in the United States and Canada can catch all the action live and absolutely free with an active Amazon Prime Video subscription.
