Jarred Brooks has undergone a significant change in his life which has changed his mindset and approach to his career.
The former ONE strawweight world champion has already achieved great success since signing for the promotion and debuting three years ago.
'The Monkey God' has been a stand-out contender in his weight class ever since, and his ambition to be the best hasn't changed.
Some differences have been seen in his home and family life after becoming a father for the first time.

Brooks now finds that whilst he's still motivated to be the best mixed martial artist that he can possibly be, it's less about his personal gains at this stage.
He's now motivated to go out there and do the best he can for his daughter and that's what will push him ahead of ONE Fight Night 24 on August 2, as he spoke about in a recent interview with Sportskeeda MMA:
"Doing this for her, that's what it's about. It's not about money or anything. My dream to become a world champion has already been fulfilled, but I want to continue upgrading myself and test myself against the very best in ONE Championship."
Jarred Brooks is coming back as a different man
Many MMA fighters will tell you that their perspective changed after becoming a parent, and the same seems to be the case for Jarred Brooks.
He faces Gustavo Balart in the main event inside Lumpinee Stadium where at the end of the night, one man will be crowned as the interim champion.
With Balart also drawing huge inspiration and motivation from his family back home in Cuba, a fire burns bright inside of both competitors.
Brooks already knows what it feels like to be a world champion but after what happened in his last outing, he still feels like he has a point to prove.
His family life may have gone through some changes but you can be sure to expect the same elite strawweight that fans have become used to.
ONE Fight Night 24 will air live in US Primetime, free of charge for Prime Video subscribers in the United States and Canada.
