Jarred Brooks is ready to go all out to ensure the interim strawweight MMA gold is wrapped around his waist when ONE Fight Night 24 concludes.
The top-ranked contender and former kingpin crosses paths with Gustavo Balart in a five-round tilt that headlines the promotion's return to the Lumpinee Stadium on Friday, August 2.
After a disappointing conclusion to his last outing inside the ONE Circle, 'The Monkey God' returns with new vigor, fired up to gain some form of redemption.

Speaking on the magnitude of this fight, Jarred Brooks had this to say to Sportskeeda MMA:
"For me, this fight is special because it's my chance to show my growing arsenal, my evolved skill set, and, like I said, the newer version of 'The Monkey God.' So yeah, it's all or nothing on my end, bro."
Fans who have witnessed the Mash Fight Team athlete's performances through his ONE campaign know that he only brings 100 percent whenever he competes.
Even in his successive defeats to Mikey Musumeci (in submission grappling) and Joshua Pacio, the 31-year-old looked good until results went against him.
However, should he walk the talk and bring a new version of 'The Monkey God' at ONE Fight Night 24, it's safe to say that he will punch his ticket back into the winner's column without much fuss.
Lito Adiwang sings praise for Jarred Brooks ahead of ONE Fight Night 24
One man who knows all about the qualities Jarred Brooks brings to the table is former No.5-ranked strawweight MMA contender Lito Adiwang.
'Thunder Kid' welcomed the grappling specialist to The Home of Martial Arts at ONE: NextGen III in November 2021, where he suffered a second-round arm-triangle choke submission loss.
Having felt his power firsthand and witnessed his rise to the top of the strawweight MMA mountain, Adiwang had nothing but nice things to say about his former rival's qualities before his next assignment on August 2.
In a separate interview with Sportskeeda MMA, he noted:
"That [pace] is really his main strength. It's not that it's scary per se, but it's really dangerous if you don't know how to handle that pressure."
ONE Fight Night 24 broadcasts live in U.S. primetime and will be free to watch for active Amazon Prime Video subscribers in North America.
