BJJ superstar Danielle Kelly is gushing praise over her homemade pumpkin cinnamon cheesecake bites. Although Kelly publicly denies being pumpkin spice obsessed, she’s very fond of its aroma and flavor.
With autumn in the air and Halloween fast approaching in the United States, Kelly has turned to baking treats to celebrate the colorful and festive season.
The 26-year-old star gushed to ONE Championship about the pumpkin-flavored cupcakes she bakes and hopes to show her fans how to make it someday.

She said:
“Usually this season, I make pumpkin cinnamon cheesecake bites. I might say bites, but they're made to be like cupcakes. I just call them bites. Basically, they're like a little cheesecake with cinnamon and pumpkin inside. But the icing is pumpkin. So, it's very diabetic, but it's really delicious.
And the crust is like, not a ginger crust. I have the ingredients in the other room. I don't know what it's called, but the crust is really good. It's pretty amazing. I bake it. I’ll make a video once I start baking, I’m just being lazy.”
While Danielle Kelly tries not to go overboard with the sweets, it’s good to have cheat days. Kelly trains constantly to be ready for any potential fights and teaches jiu-jitsu across the United States.
Always on the go, Kelly is passionate about spreading her love of the sport to anyone interested in martial arts. Part of her goal as a professional black belt is to inspire the new generation with her incredible story of failures and triumphs.
Danielle Kelly still figuring out the pieces that hold MMA together
In less than a year, fans may see Danielle Kelly finally transition to a different combat sport. She’s been training in MMA for a while and hopes to showcase the techniques she’s learned in front of a larger audience.
Although fans wish to see her in the circle soon, Kelly admitted that the process of learning a new discipline requires more time and dedication. Danielle Kelly told ONE Championship:
“I need to learn how to defend or strike. So that’s where I’m still putting the pieces of the puzzle together. But it does give me hope. I just have to keep myself humble and not think that just because I’m good at grappling, I’m going to beat up everyone.”
For now, the Silver Fox BJJ representative is only focused on submission grappling matches. The hope is that she gets the opportunity to fight for a submission grappling world title in her own division one day, just like Mikey Musumeci fought for recently at ONE on Prime Video 2.
