"It's staged," "W Colby" - Fans divided after Colby Covington goes on charity drive handing out food and supplies to the homeless while streaming 

Colby Covington recently did a charity drive on Twitch, feeding the homeless and wishing them a happy new year. Since he's voluntarily taken on the antagonist role in his UFC career, fans' reactions to his warm gesture were mixed.

Despite his polarizing persona, Covington has a history of helping others. 'Chaos' has previously assisted 9/11 first responders and veterans through the American Champions Foundation. He has also publically shown support for active law enforcement.

The MMA community had varied reactions to Covington's recent Twitch stream, which featured him lending a hand to those in need. A clip from the 36-year-old American combatant's stream was shared by Home of Fight on X.

Colby Covington notably helped fellow UFC welterweight Themba Gorimbo
