“It’s up there for sure” - Jonathan Di Bella ranks Thai coffee high on his internal pound-for-pound list

Former ONE strawweight kickboxing world champion Jonathan Di Bella of Canada and Italy is extremely passionate about his coffee.

Being Italian by blood, Di Bella has inherited the tradition of espresso and takes his beans very seriously. This is why Di Bella took it personally when recent opponent Rui Botelho insulted Italian coffee and said Portuguese coffee was better.

The 28-year-old from Montreal then proceed to put on a savage beatdown of Botelho, beating his foe by three-round domination at ONE Fight Night 26 on Prime Video last weekend.

Speaking to the media at the official ONE Fight Night 26 on Prime Video post-fight interview session backstage, Di Bella says he actually had some Thai coffee while he was in Bangkok for his fight, and had some pretty good things to say about it.

Di Bella stated:

"The espresso in Bangkok is great, man. I still got my Di Bella espresso. But you know, always the Bangkok espresso is really good. You know, it's up there for sure."

Canadian-Italian star Jonathan Di Bella always feels right at home whenever he's in Bangkok to compete at Lumpinee Stadium.

Which is why he took extra time out to thank his Thai fans for the support following his victory over Rui Botelho at ONE Fight Night 26 on Prime Video. He told ONE Championship:

"Yeah, I just want to say thank you to all my Thai fans. I always get love from Thailand all the time. Every time I'm in Lumpinee Stadium, I get a bunch of fans coming up to me and always coming to take pictures and show me love and support. And thank you to my Thai fans.
