Second-ranked ONE Championship strawweight MMA contender 'Little Giant' Bokang Masunyane of South Africa dreams of becoming a world champion in the world's largest martial arts organization.
However, he doesn't just aspire to wear 26 pounds of gold around his waist. The 30-year-old out of Coach Quan University says he wants to do his best to inspire the next generation of young fighters from Africa.
Speaking to ONE Championship in a recent interview, Masunyane talked about wanting to inspire the African youth with his performances on the global stage.

'Little Giant' said:
"I’m at the stage where I’m reaching my pinnacle in fighting, so it’s time to start inspiring young athletes from Africa by having them see me on the international stage, winning titles, and finishing guys. I feel like I have the power and the skills to do it."
Masunyane joined ONE Championship in December of 2019, bursting onto the scene with back-to-back victories over Ryuto Sawada and Rene Catalan. His only loss so far has come against ONE interim strawweight MMA king 'The Monkey God' Jarred Brooks in April 2022.
He is riding a two-fight winning streak with victories over dangerous Japanese foes Hiroba Minowa and Keito Yamakita.
