Two-sport bantamweight world champion Jonathan Haggerty will be ready for Superlek Kiatmoo9's ultimate form when their paths finally collide at ONE 168: Denver at Ball Arena.
The promotion's return to the United States on September 6 is indeed the perfect battleground for this colossal war for the bantamweight Muay Thai world title.
Superlek, the reigning ruler of the flyweight kickboxing division, will be going up to 145 pounds in a bid to become a two-sport and two-division conqueror.
This is not lost on Haggerty, who believes the possible weight discrepancy won't be much of a factor. After all, 'The Kicking Machine' is heralded as one of the best pure strikers on the planet.

'The General' told Sportskeeda MMA's Nick Atkin in a recent interview:
"Yeah, I believe so [he'll come in smaller.] But, who knows? Maybe he'll be well prepared for the September 6 bout in Denver. So it's up to us to focus on our goal, which is to win. Hopefully, I'll be able to win."
Meanwhile, Jonathan Haggerty has also expressed his reservations about Superlek's decision to take another fight before their high-stakes showdown.
The Thai superstar will first lock horns with Kongthoranee Sor Sommai at ONE Friday Fights 68: Prajanchai vs Di Bella on June 28.
However, one thing's for certain. Haggerty is tirelessly working his butt off in preparation for the biggest fight of his career.

Another big motivation for Haggerty is the loss he absorbed at the hands of Superlek the first time they met back in 2018.
Six years later, the British double champ said he has now achieved his full potential and is ready to give 'The Kicking Machine' a proper battle.
Haggerty said on the Sky Sports MMA Club podcast:
"I’ve sort of learned my own style, and I’ve come to an age where I’m dangerous now. I know my style, and what my best weapons are, and what I’m best at."
