Going into the biggest bout of his career, Fabricio Andrade is feeling as focused as ever, using the pressure of the moment as a way to motivate himself to keep pushing forward and improving.
In an interview with ONE Championship, ‘Wonder Boy’ shared his mentality going into the highly-anticipated clash with John Lineker at ONE on Prime Video 3.
“This fight is definitely the only thing on my mind right now. I'm very focused, as I have been in all my fights. I think I have a very good mentality. I like this pressure, it gives me more motivation to keep training and look for results. What I like to do to relax is all about fighting.
Andrade continued, saying:
“I like to go into the sauna, do an ice bath, run, and meditate. All of this makes me feel very strong mentally and makes me feel confident. I'm always thinking about positive things. But I'm enjoying the pressure this fight is bringing. It's a big fight, everyone is waiting for it."
