Superbon is out for revenge when the ONE featherweight kickboxing world champion makes his return at ONE 170.
It's very rare that the Thai star is unable to record a win over any opponent, let alone when he has the opportunity to fight them multiple times.
His last loss under the ONE banner came at ONE Friday Fights 46 in December of 2023, where he challenged Tawanchai PK Saenchai for his ONE featherweight Muay Thai world championship.
Since then, he has rebounded with two impressive victories and feels confident that he has made the right adjustments ahead of their rematch on Jan. 24 at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.

Superbon is out to become a two-sport world champion, and in his opinion, his preparations last time around didn't allow him to do that.
The challenger now believes that with the benefit of hindsight, he can make the corrections needed to get his hand raised:
"If I can defend Tawanchai's strength in this fight, it will be a different story. I think I can trade with Tawanchai better and more accurately. My counters should be faster. In our last fight, I couldn't counter and land it will because I didn't train 100 percent, which made me less accurate. But in this fight, I'm sure my precision will definitely increase."
Superbon is an excellent counter striker
When it comes to the best counter strikers in the world today, Superbon has to be taken into consideration at the very top of the list.
The kickboxing world champion is a sniper off of the back foot but as he said himself, he wasn't able to get this going in his first meeting with Tawanchai.
We will now find out whether this will be any different with more time to specifically prepare for this contest or whether the defending champion can also make some adjustments to ensure that he comes out on top once again.
