ONE Championship flyweight striking sensation Jacob Smith of the United Kingdom does not see himself doing anything else in life other than fighting and competing.

In fact, the 32-year-old Bad Company / Thaifist representative said he is content in the ring, whether he is fighting for a world title or a McDonald's Happy Meal.

The fierce Englishman said:

"Whether I’m fighting for a McDonald’s Happy Meal or whether I’m fighting for the ONE Championship world title is irrelevant. I get up in the morning because I’m a fighter and because I want to win every fight I’m in."

Smith will need every bit of strength to win his next fight, as it comes against a former tormentor.

The two lock horns at ONE 169: Malykhin vs. Reug Reug on Prime Video, which broadcasts live from the historic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand on Friday, November 8.

Jacob Smith relaxed and at ease heading into Rodtang Jitmuangnon rematch: "There's zero pressure on me"

32-year-old Jacob Smith understands he's headed into a highly anticipated rematch with 'The Iron Man' Rodtang Jitmuangnon at ONE 169 on Prime Video as a massive underdog.

But the United Kingdom man says that hardly matters because he isn't at all stressed about what people think of him.

Smith told Combat Sports Today:

"Obviously, outside of my team, there's zero pressure on me, but I haven't said that from me, my team, and my family, There's a lot of pressure on me because I put a lot of pressure on myself, because I hold very high expectations of myself."
