"My Sundays are spent with my family. That’s all what Sundays are about for me. I get out. I go out for a walk with my kids and the missus and my dogs. A couple of hours in the park. Come home, get some good food. I’d usually see my granddad as well on a Sunday."
Smith will need to be at his absolute best for his next fight, which will likely end up being the biggest of his career. Jacob Smith is set to take on Rodtang Jitmuangnon in the co-main event at ONE 169: Malykhin vs. Reug Reug on Prime Video, which broadcasts live from the historic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand on Friday, Nov. 8.

Jacob Smith not impressed by Rodtang Jitmuangnon's development since first encounter: "I don't think he's improved"
The United Kingdom's Jacob Smith isn't at all impressed by Rodtang Jitmuangnon's development as a fighter since their first encounter in May 2022.
Before the two meet in the ONE Championship ring again at ONE 169 on Prime Video, Smith broke down what he thinks of 'The Iron Man' on a recent appearance on Violent Money TV.
Smith said:
"No, I don't. He's had 300 something fights. He's been punched in the head a million times. He lets people punch him in the head. I'm not saying he's past it or anything like that. But what I am saying is that no, I don't think he's improved over the last two years."
