The Jai Opetaia vs. David Nyika results are in. The headliner of the card saw both Opetaia and Nyika compete for the former's IBF cruiserweight title. However, there was more than championship gold on the line. Both men entered the ring with undefeated records, though Opetaia was a far more seasoned fighter at 26-0.
Meanwhile, Nyika had a lesser record of 10-0. Despite his extensive amateur boxing background, which includes an Olympic bronze medal, he was a considerable underdog heading into the bout.

Opetaia, as expected, ultimately took control of a competitive affair to obliterate his foe with a fourth-round knockout that left Nyika unconscious for several minutes. Thankfully, he was ultimately able to stand on his own too feet, and Opetaia celebrated his IBF title defense.
In the co-main event, Justis Huni made short work of Shaun Potgieter. Despite being game, the South African's defense was lacking, and after responding badly to a big shot from Huni, the referee had seen enough. Potgieter had backed up to a corner of his own volition, and was obliterated by combinations.
Huni was awarded the round two TKO, defending his WBO Global and IBF Pan Pacific heavyweight title. Meanwhile, Max McIntyre needed just four rounds to annihilate Abdulselam Saman, knocking him down thrice in round four before the referee waved it off, awarding him the IBF Youth super middleweight belt.
