American influencers Jake Paul and Darren Watkins Jr. — better known as 'IShowSpeed' — are putting their money where their mouths are. After a clip of Paul calling out the 19-year-old streamer went viral, the latter responded with his callout to set up a $25,000 bet.
Watkins posted a video on social media of him calling Paul on FaceTime. IShowSpeed said he heard 'The Problem Child' say he could beat him in a foot race on his show BS w/ Jake Paul and put up a $25,000 bet that both men agreed on.

The race will be a 40-yard dash that Paul originally called for on his podcast. The original video that Watkins responded to was released on Aug. 22, with Paul questioning the actual speed of 'IShowSpeed' and saying he believes he is the faster man.
On the phone call, the boxer said he was beginning his fight camp to prepare for Mike Tyson in Puerto Rico and offered to fly Watkins out to him for a race, which the latter accepted.

Jake Paul's upcoming fight against Mike Tyson
As Jake Paul mentioned in his call with IShowSpeed, the 27-year-old is preparing for potentially the biggest boxing fight in recent history. The former Disney actor is set to face 58-year-old former unified heavyweight champion Mike Tyson on Nov. 15.
The fight was originally scheduled for July 20 but postponed when 'Iron' suffered an ulcer flare-up that prevented him from competing on the date.
The fight will be the inaugural live boxing event streamed on Netflix and predicted to be the most-viewed combat sports event of the modern era.
While Tyson has not stepped into a boxing ring since 2020, Paul most recently knocked out BKFC star Mike Perry in July. The fight was one that 'Platinum' accepted on short notice to replace Tyson to keep the July 20 card intact after the latter's health scare.
