Jake Paul recently made an appearance on episode 422 of the IMPAULSIVE podcast, where he offered to make a $12 million bid for the red 'Make America Great Again' hat that Donald Trump wore during the now-infamous attempted assassination that nearly took his life just weeks ago.

On July 13, the former United States president was at a campaign rally in Butler Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, when he was shot by 20-year old Thomas Matthew Crooks, leaving him with an injured ear due to a stunning last-second turn of the head that saved his life.

Paul, a supporter of Trump, spoke to his older brother Logan, who also expressed an interest in purchasing the hat, and claimed that he would be willing to spend as much as $12 million.

"I would legitimately pay, with the current money that I have now, my max out would be, I would pay, probably $12 million."

His offer prompted his older brother to suggest that they both commit $6 million each for a total of $12 million. Whether either Paul will actually go through with their intention of bidding for the hat remains to be seen.

Jake Paul believes that Donald Trump's survival was due to divine intervention

There has been significant discourse about the attempted assassination of Donald Trump, especially the fact that he turned his head at just the rate time to turn a fatal shot into a gunshot that merely injured his ear.

On the very same episode of IMPAULSIVE, Paul expressed his belief that the former's survival was a miracle. He said:

"I believe God stepped in and saved him."

Paul's support of Trump mirrors that of many combat sports athletes, who have endorsed the latter. In fact, 'The Problem Child' even invited Trump to his expected boxing match with Mike Tyson.
