Jake Paul and Tommy Fury's imminent showdown in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, got more interesting with an all-in bet proposed by Paul. However, the Fury camp has not stayed true to their word, according to Paul's recent comments.

Paul's penchant for proposing bets on the eve of fights has been fruitful so far in his matchups against Anderson Silva and Tyron Woodley. However, his proposal to Fury far outweighed his earlier bets. In the pre-fight press conference, Paul offered to double Fury's purse if he won on the condition that he would get paid nothing if he lost.

While Tommy Fury sized up the proposal, his dad jumped on the deal and accepted it. Paul readily responded:

“You heard that ladies and gentlemen, it’s a deal. My lawyers actually already have the contract ready. You know what’s funny, Tommy, is that your dad agreed to the deal before you. Your dad is more confident than you.”

'The Problem Child' provided an update on the contract signing on Twitter:

“So, as you guys saw the bet yesterday on stage. Tommy agreed to it, shook my hand on stage. His dad said that they would agree to it so I signed the contract right in front of them. Sent it over to their lawyers, and just as I thought, they have gone silent as a mouse for the last 24 hours. They do not want to sign the contract. Which just goes to show that they have this false confidence. Put your money where your mouth is. You shook on it like a man and now you guys haven’t signed the contract to make the deal official.”

Jake Paul points out Tommy Fury's nervousness, says he was "shaking" on stage

Jake Paul and Tommy Fury have relatively similar experience in the boxing ring if their professional records are anything to go by. Fury has two more fights than Paul but both fighters are yet to be beaten.

However, Paul has faced former MMA fighters and UFC champions and believes he is better prepared for the blockbuster fight:

"This professional boxer is going down, man. It’s easy, it’s simple. I’m ready, calm, cool, collected. And this is what I do. He’s never been in a moment like that. He’s shaking. He’s up on the stage doing the interview... you can see his nerves running through his system. He can’t stop moving. I’m chill. I’m a real killer."

Jake Paul's confidence was on full display throughout the fight promotion and he will look to make it seven straight victories against Tommy Fury.
