Jake Paul looks to take out Mike Perry in an eight-round boxing match before his bout with Mike Tyson later this year.
On Saturday, July 20, Paul was supposed to fight Tyson in a widely debated boxing match expected to acquire millions of views. Unfortunately, the heavyweight legend pulled out due to an ulcer flare-up, leading to Perry stepping in to challenge 'The Problem Child' inside Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.
Heading into the DAZN pay-per-view, the YouTuber-turned-boxer is riding a three-fight win streak, including his last two by first-round knockout. Meanwhile, 'Platinum' has only boxed once as a professional, which he lost by knockout against Kenneth McNeil in March 2015.
According to DAZN, the Paul vs Perry event can be purchased for $54.99, with a promotion available to waive the subscription fee for the first month. The undercard is scheduled to start at 9 pm ET / 6 pm PT, while the main event ringwalks are expected to occur at approximately midnight ET / 9 pm PT.
