Tommy Fury will make his upcoming boxing contest against Jake Paul a family occasion this weekend. The 23-year-old Englishman recently revealed that his older half-brother and World Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury will be roaring him on from his corner on fight night.

'The Problem Child' and 'TNT' are set to face off in the boxing ring on February 26 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is the third attempt at matching up the long-time rivals in a boxing match after the previous two bookings failed to materialize. With their rivalry building up over a year of negotiations, postponements, and trash-talking, the highly awaited showdown will bring fireworks.

In a recent behind-the-scenes vlog by Top Rank Boxing, Tommy Fury expressed his confidence going into the bout, and when asked if Tyson Fury would be in his corner, 'TNT' replied:

"Yes, he is coming in a few days, everything is perfect. The calm before the storm.”

With no lack of ammunition to shoot verbal shots at each other leading up to the fight, the two undefeated fighters have been aiming at each other's heads for a long time now. With Tommy Fury and Jake Paul confident that they will earn a knockout win, it remains to be seen whose prediction comes true.

Tommy Fury claims he will retire if Jake Paul beats him in the boxing ring

Even if Tommy Fury claims otherwise, the mental pressure of living up to the boxing legacy of the Fury family must be weighing heavy on his mind. The 23-year-old Englishman recently revealed that he will retire from boxing should he lose to Jake Paul on February 26.

'TNT' is the half-brother of WBC Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury and has a professional record of 8-0. Meanwhile, 'The Problem Child' forged his path through the social media influencer boxing circuit, going on to defeat former UFC stars like Ben Askren, Tyron Woodley, and Anderson Silva.

Considering both Fury’s brother and father have publicly stated that if Tommy Fury comes up short against Jake Paul, he should leave the sport of boxing behind, it seems the undefeated Englishman concurs with their statements.

In a recent interview with TalkSport, Fury was asked about whether he would retire if he loses to the former Disney star, to which he replied:

Yes, 100 percent yeah. Definitely. If I can’t beat Jake Paul I don’t belong in the ring."
