#3. Jamahal Hill still not over KO loss to Alex Pereira

Jamahal Hill has once again criticised his knockout loss to Alex Pereira, after now claiming the Brazilian had "advanced" during a timeout in their UFC 300 clash.

In the main event of UFC 300, 'Poatan' knocked out Hill in the first round. but moments before the finish, 'Sweet Dreams' had caught Pereira low, which prompted the referee, Herb Dean, to step in. Pereira was fine, however, and prevented Dean from pausing the fight. Seconds later, the light heavyweight champ finished Hill after landing his signature left hook.

Despite Pereira's win being ruled a fair victory, Hill has regularly stated he doesn't believe it should count, claiming he wasn't ready after the brief interaction from the referee. Taking to X earlier this week, Jamahal Hill has once again doubled down on his claim. He tweeted:

"So that's not advancing during a timeout?"

#2. Matchroom Boxing CEO names potential next opponent for Jake Paul

Matchoom Boxing CEO Frank Smith has shared his thoughts on Jake Paul's boxing career so far and named an opponent he'd like to see him face next.

Paul recently picked up the biggest win of his professional career so far when he defeated Mike Tyson via unanimous decision earlier this month. Whilst 'The Problem Child' has remained coy about his future, Smith believes he has the perfect opponent in mind for the former Disney channel star.

In a recent interaction with The Stomping Ground, the Matchroom CEO said:

"I would rather see Klitschko vs. Jake Paul [next]. Imagine the job Klitschko would do on Jake Paul. Bellew, that would [also] be a great fight. Bellew would absolutely destroy him. All respect to Paul though for what he's done. He's an entertainer, it's like WWE. It's not real boxing let's be honest but respect for what he's done as a business."

#1. Jon Anik names dream UFC fight

Jon Anik has named Khamzat Chimaev vs. Dricus du Plessis as his dream UFC fight. The two middleweights are already rumored to soon be facing off for the South African's title, however, nothing has been confirmed.

'Borz' recently picked up the biggest win of his career when he defeated Robert Whittaker at UFC 308. Many now expect the 30-year-old to challenge for the title next, and Anik believes it's the fight to make.

Speaking in a recent interview with Odd Shark Sports, the UFC commentator said:

"My dream matchup right now is Khamzat Chimaev vs. Dricus du Plessis. I'm not sure that we can put together a more interesting championship matchup right now. With respect to Sean Strickland, who is a deserving number one contender and former champion, I think Khamzat Chimaev really upset the apple cart with what he did against Robert Whittaker. That's the fight that I would like to see."
