Jamahal Hill received both extreme hate and love from fans this month, becoming a constant target of trolling from Jiri Prochazka and Alex Pereira's fans.
The former light heavyweight champion is set to face Prochazka at UFC 311 at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. Ahead of the highly anticipated clash, Hill attended a basketball game between the Houston Rockets and the Los Angeles Clippers at the same venue where he will fight in January.
Sharing a heartfelt video of his interactions with fans at the NBA game on Instagram, Hill took a dig at the trolling he often faces:
"Social media and reality are two different things it’s always respect and admiration in person!!!"

Jiri Prochazka highlights Jamahal Hill’s trash talk as a sign of weakness
As soon as the fight was announced, both fighters began exchanging words. Jiri Prochazka and Jamahal Hill both suffered knockout losses to reigning light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira in their previous bouts. Hill claimed that his loss was simply because he "got caught," while Prochazka’s defeat was described as devastating.
In an interview with MMA Fighting, Prochazka addressed his ongoing feud with Jamahal Hill and claimed that Hill’s trash-talking stems from a lack of confidence:
"That’s why I don’t care about these trash talks because it’s just to build a confidence where there’s not confidence. Do you know how the true confident man, a real man, looks like? He [Jamahal Hill] don’t know. He don’t need to say some s**t about others, to speak about his strong sides and about the weaknesses in his opponent because he’s self-confident too much to not do that. That’s, for me, the true power of the man. That’s it. I want to speak about others, but why ? I see that like a weakness to speak some bulls**t about my opponents, man."
