Jan Blachowicz has a very tough test ahead of him this weekend at UFC 282, with Magomed Ankalaev fighting him in the main event in Las Vegas. However, Blachowicz is keen to face Glover Teixeira again after the Brazilian defeated him at UFC 267.
Teixeira managed to submit the Polish fighter after just two rounds in Abu Dhabi at UFC 267 via a rear-naked choke.
In an interview ahead of the pay-per-view event this weekend, Blachowicz stated that he wants to rematch the Brazilian:
"The one rematch I really want is the one with Glover because, I don't know, I didn't like how that went. It is what it is, but that's the one fight where I didn't [fight] the way I wanted to or can," Blachowicz told Yahoo Sports.

However, Jan Blachowicz will need to be totally focused on his upcoming opponent. Magomed Ankalaev has only ever lost one bout during his professional MMA career.
Paul Craig managed to defeat Ankalaev in the latter's UFC debut, but since then, the Russian has looked unstoppable in the organization.
Moreover, talks of a rematch against Glover Teixeira will likely be a hard sell for Blachowicz if he loses against Ankalaev this weekend.
Does Jan Blachowicz have a good UFC record?
Jan Blachowicz currently has a UFC record of 12 wins and six losses. However, many of these losses came early in his UFC career, with the Polish fighter having a poor start in the organization.
During his first six fights in the UFC, Blachowicz lost four of his outings, winning just two bouts against Ilir Latifi and Igor Pokrajac. The former UFC light heavyweight champion lost fights against Jimi Manuwa, Corey Anderson, Alexander Gustafsson, and Patrick Cummins.
Since this poor run of form, Blachowicz has improved considerably, getting the better of Jared Cannonier, Luke Rockhold, and Israel Adesanya, among other high-level fighters.

Jan Blachowicz's recent losses have been few and far between, with the Polish fighter last losing against Glover Teixeira in 2021 and Thiago Santos in 2019, winning plenty of bouts between these defeats.
