'JT' Janet Todd will look to add ONE gold to her name against Allycia Hellen Rodrigues before returning to her normal day job. 'JT' is an American striker who competes in both kickboxing and Muay Thai, but also works as an aerospace engineer.
On March 24 at ONE Fight Night 8 on Prime Video, Todd will look to unify the ONE atomweight Muay Thai World Championship with the reigning queen Allycia Hellen Rodrigues. This would make 'JT' a two-sport world champion as she also holds the ONE atomweight kickboxing world title. ONE Fight Night events are broadcast live and for free in North America via Prime Video.
Win or lose after the match, Janet Todd will return to her normal desk job. While speaking in an interview with SCMP MMA, she explained:
"Maybe not that one because I’d have to focus on work after I get back. When I fight, I focus on the fight, and then I have to prioritize work for a little bit."

"Just engineering. But I would love to go see Jackie [Buntan] in Colorado and I would also like to fight for the American fans, obviously."

Janet Todd knows it will be a tough test against Allycia Hellen Rodrigues
Brazil's Allycia Hellen Rodrigues is a highly skilled fighter who currently holds the ONE atomweight Muay Thai world title. he is a very tough test for any opponent, and Janet Todd is fully aware of this.
In her Interview with SCMP MMA, 'JT' said:
“I think she’s a tough opponent. We saw her go at it for five rounds with Stamp [Fairtex]. Stamp’s a formidable opponent too, so I’m expecting a tough fight. That’s what you want when you’re on the top, right? There are no easy fights at this point and that’s how you level up.”
The US-born Todd is predicting that it will be a technical masterclass when these two meet in the ONE circle. Janet Todd spoke to ONE and added:
“Allycia [Hellen Rodrigues] has been around for a while. Even though she fought in ONE Championship one time, she’s had many fights in Thailand. She’s going to be a great opponent, and I expect her to be a technical match.”
