Looking to continue his incredible recent run of form, Jeremy Miado has drawn his next contest inside the circle.

At ONE Fight Night 11 on Prime Video, he will face off with Mansur Malachiev who is making his debut in ONE Championship. The undefeated Russian has built a record of 10-0, winning all three of his last fights in Eagle FC via finish.

Jeremy ‘The Jaguar’ Miado has also put together an impressive run of finishes, having won his last four fights under the ONE banner without going the distance. After beating Litao Miao in back-to-back fights, Miado has followed that up with victories over fellow strawweight contenders in Lito Adiwang and Danial Williams.

The last fight against Williams in particular showcased Miado’s improving skillset as he put on a great display and capped it off with a third-round knockout.

When he steps foot inside the circle on June 9, he will look to improve his streak to five and earn himself a potential world title shot against the division’s reigning world champion, Jarred Brooks.

Just like all of ONE Championship’s Amazon cards, ONE Fight Night 11 will be broadcast live and for free to all Prime Video subscribers in North America.

Jeremy Miado is "happy" Jarred Brooks views him as a world title contender

Following his most recent win inside the circle, where he stopped Danial Williams in the third round, Jeremy Miado took a big step towards challenging for the world championship.

As a result of his recent win streak, Miado was name dropped by reigning ONE strawweight world champion Jarred Brooks as he discussed the first defense of his world title.

If Miado gets his hand raised at ONE Fight Night 11 against Mansur Malachiev, he could be the next man to challenge for the world title. With that, he is happy that Brooks has referenced him as a worthy contender.

In an interview with MMA Sucka last year, Brooks said this about ‘The Jaguar’:

“I think that Jeremy Miado is on the cusp. He is very tough. I think that he has shown throughout the time that he’s been in ONE Championship that he can stay in that area. With one to two more wins with Jeremy Miado, he’s definitely getting a title shot, he’s on a three-knockout win streak so I’m looking forward to fighting somebody like Jeremy Miado.”

In an interview with International Business Times, Miado responded to what ‘The Monkey God’ had to say:

“I'm happy that he sees me as a contender because that means he appreciates that I've been in ONE for a long time, and it's only now that I've been putting wins together, so I think he appreciates that. I'm really happy because for me, he sees what I bring to the division. That's also why I'm working even harder, so that I can get a title shot.”
