Team Lakay’s Jeremy Pacatiw is very impressed with Fabrico Andrade’s ability to fight at any distance.

‘Wonder Boy’ will once again have the opportunity to become a ONE world champion this Friday night. He's set to run back his October clash with John ‘Hands of Stone’ Lineker in the main event of ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video. The pair will square off with the promotion’s bantamweight world championship on the line after their initial meeting ended in an unfortunate no contest.

Days away from the highly anticipated matchup, ONE Championship caught up with Pacatiw, who shared his thoughts on Fabricio Andrade’s skills inside the circle.

In particular, Pacatiw discussed the world-class movement that makes Andrade dangerous in close quarters and from a distance:

“Fabricio Andrade is a master at using distance,” Pacatiw said. “He knows how to fight both in close quarters and at long range, which makes him a very dangerous opponent for anyone.”

Jeremy Pacatiw knows firsthand just how dangerous ‘Wonder Boy’ can be. The two bantamweight warriors met inside the cage a year ago at ONE: Full Circle, with Andrade scoring a highlight-reel knockout of the Filipino fighter just 97 seconds into their contest.

Andrade followed up that victory with a brutal 62-second KO of Kwon Won Il four months later. In doing so, he secured his spot as the top bantamweight contender.

Andrade vs. Lineker II isn’t the only fight Jeremy Pacatiw is excited to see on Friday night

In addition to the massive ONE world title main event between Fabricio Andrade and John Lineker, bantamweight standout Jeremy Pacatiw is also looking forward to the ONE Fight Night 7 co-main event that will pit newly crowned ONE featherweight Muay Thai world champion Tawanchai PK.Saenchai against Turkish contender Jamal Yusupov.

Jeremy Pacatiw is also hyped for the return of submission grappling sensation Danielle Kelly, who will be making her first-ever appearance inside the iconic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium:

“There are some pretty good fights on this card. Obviously the main event. Tawanchai makes a first defense of his belt, that’s going to be a good fight, too. And then we have Danielle Kelly, one of the biggest rising stars in ONE. I’m excited to watch both of them.”

Kelly will take on judo black belt and mixed martial artist Ayaka Miura in a catchweight bout. Kelly will look to maintain the momentum she built in 2022 but will face a tough test against Miura, who holds a respectable 11-4 record in MMA and a 100% finish rate in ONE Championship, all coming by way of submission.

Fans in North America can watch all these fights at ONE Fight Night 7 live and for free on Amazon Prime Video with an active subscription in U.S. primetime this Friday night, February 24.
