Team Lakay’s Jeremy Pacatiw believes John Lineker will need to focus on his defense if he hopes to walk out of the legendary Lumpinee Stadium with the ONE bantamweight world championship around his waist.
‘Hands of Stone’ will attempt to reclaim the 26.4 pounds of gold against his ONE on Prime Video 3 opponent, Fabricio Andrade. After fighting to an anticlimactic no-contest at the event, the two Brazilian heavy hitters will run it back on February 24 at ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video.
Ahead of the highly anticipated sequel, Jeremy Pacatiw spoke with The MMA Superfan to share his thoughts on the matchup and lend some advice to the former ONE bantamweight king:
“Yeah, Andrade’s striking is really different. We saw how Lineker’s eyes were practically closed. Maybe if Lineker uses better footwork or head movement, then he could put on a better performance and avoid getting hit because he just absorbed those shots.”

Pacatiw is no stranger to Fabricio Andrade, having shared the Circle will him roughly a year ago at ONE: Full Circle in February 2022. It was there that ‘The Juggernaut’ suffered his first loss inside the circle, losing to Andrade via a first-round knockout. The victory extended Andrade’s streak to four in a row and was his third finish inside the circle at the time.
‘Wonder Boy’ followed that up with a spectacular first-round body kick knockout over Kwon Won Il to solidify his spot as the No. 1 ranked contender.

John Lineker inspired by Muhammad Ali quote ahead of ONE Fight Night 7 showdown with Fabricio Andrade
To become a two-time ONE bantamweight world champion, John Lineker is looking for inspiration from some of combat sports’ greatest athletes. Recently, ‘Hands of Stone’ shared a quote from perhaps the greatest boxer to ever live, Muhammad Ali. John Lineker quoted the following in a translated post on Instagram:
"He who does not have the courage to take risks will accomplish nothing in life. Muhammad Ali”
Ali, a heavyweight boxing world champion and civil rights activist, is one of the most significant sports figures of the 20th century. Ali earned victories over some of the biggest names in boxing history, including Ken Norton, Joe Frazier, George Foreman, and Leon Spinks. Aside from his accolades in the ring, Ali was a humanitarian and a philanthropist who marched alongside civil rights leader Malcolm X.
Though no man or woman could ever compare to the larger-than-life persona of Muhammad Ali, athletes around the world continue to embody the warrior spirit that ‘The Greatest’ brought every time he stepped into the ring. John Lineker will attempt to do exactly that in his bid to become a ONE world champion for the second time at ONE Fight Night 7.
