Jeremy Stephens recently opened up about his impressive tenure with BKFC and expressed interest in fighting Conor McGregor. The former UFC competitor has been active in boxing and BKFC since his departure from the MMA leader and would welcome a high profile bout that has been years in the making.
'Lil' Heathen' is no stranger to 'The Notorious' as he was the victim to one of the most famous soundbites in the Irishman's career. During a press conference promoting UFC 205 in 2016, McGregor famously said, 'Who the fu*k is that guy?'. after Stephens claimed that he would be his most difficult opponent at 145-pounds.
During his latest appearance on The Ariel Helwani Show, 'Lil' Heathen' named 'The Notorious' as somebody he'd like to fight in BKFC. Stephens mentioned that it would be satisfying to fight McGregor, especially considering that he has continued to excel in bare-knuckle promotion:
"Hopefully I get a chance to beat up my fu**ing boss too...[McGregor] got taken out by calf kicks, he's been knocked out. Like, I've continued to grow...put myself in there. I've continued to rise and do this. It's all leading to this moment. Life is good."

Jeremy Stephens takes shots at Conor McGregor's former foe ahead of BKFC Knucklemania V
In addition to expressing interest in a BKFC bout against Conor McGregor, Jeremy Stephens took shots at the Irishman's former foe Eddie Alvarez.
During the aforementioned appearance, Stephens shared his thoughts on Alvarez, who he is scheduled to fight in the Knucklemania V main event. He mentioned that the former UFC lightweight champion quit in his last bout and is embracing the villain role on Saturday night:
"[Alvarez] got his face caved in the last time and he quit on the stool...I wanted this opportunity and I get it in a main event here in his hometown. I know people aren't really here for me, I get a chance to be the heel. I embrace this. My whole life, I've been counted out...I really feel like this is my time and this is my sport."
