Joaquin Buckley has MMA fans abuzz with alleged deodorant marks on his body during UFC Tampa weigh-ins: "That's cocaine on his armpits" 

MMA fans recently voiced their take after spotting an unusual scene during Joaquin Buckley's weigh-ins for UFC Tampa. They were taken aback to witness the prominence of deodorant marks on Buckley's armpits.

Buckley is all set for his UFC Tampa main event encounter against Colby Covington, which is only a day away. A win against 'Chaos' can help his rank and stock rise massively. He is on a five-fight win streak and will take to the octagon in high spirit to earn the sixth consecutive victory.

The recently concluded pre-fight weigh-ins showcased that both fighters made use of the one-pound leverage allowed for non-title fights. An Instagram post from ESPN MMA revealed that both Buckley and Covington weighed in at 171 lbs.

But the comments section of the post showcased that a plethora of fans were taken aback by the white marks on Buckley's armpits due to a possible overuse of deodorant. But one fan called it something else. He hilariously penned:

"That's cocaine on his armpits"

Others wrote:

"Buckley NOT gonna be smelly."

"Easy 2 pounds of Deodorant"

"Buckley weighed 170 before he put deodorant on"

Joaquin Buckley accused Colby Covington of lying along with calling his made-up persona old

Joaquin Buckley is well aware of his rival, Colby Covington's nature of dissing his rivals scathingly before their fights. Covington resorted to the same methods to mock Buckley. 'Chaos' called Buckley irrelevant during his pre-UFC Tampa media day appearance along with mentioning that he doesn't even know him.

However, 'New Mansa' accused Covington of lying during his pre-UFC Tampa media day appearance. Buckley mentioned that Covington had met him in person previously. He also detailed that their UFC Tampa fight would be their third meeting.

Buckley also provided his take on the brash big-mouth persona that Covington plays for the UFC audiences. He appreciated its effectiveness in getting Covington where he was today, but also opined that his tricks were now getting "old". Buckley said:

"Why are you lying, Colby? [about not knowing Buckley]... I had already met this guy and I feel like [what] the dude portrays is obviously a character and everybody knows it... He's trying to do the WWE persona and I feel like it got him very far, got him exactly where he needs to be, but now it's kind of getting old. It has no value anymore, so I feel like right now it's a great opportunity to use this fight to push my brand."
