UFC commentator and analyst Joe Rogan often shares his thoughts on a variety of topics on his immensely popular podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience. The 57-year-old recently weighed in on a report that over 300 deadly virus samples went missing from an Australian lab in a breach of biosecurity.

The American podcaster recently sat down with Julian Lennon, a Grammy-nominated singer, photographer, author, and filmmaker. Speaking to the guest Julian Lennon on episode #2243 of JRE, the UFC commentator stated:

"Did you see what happened in Australia yesterday? There was a laboratory that lost track of a bunch of different really serious diseases... Someone must have left the door open. Me and my friend Duncan, we went once to the lab in Galveston, Texas. They have a Centers for Disease Control. I believe is the organization has this enormous bio lab down in Galveston where they take care of some of the most dangerous and deadly viruses in the world."

"So, they have this incredible filtration system and everybody is wearing space suits and they're walking and we're in there going, 'what are you guys doing?' Hundreds of vials of deadly viruses have gone missing from a laboratory and scientists warn they could be weaponized. 100 vials of Hendra virus, two vials of hantavirus, 223 vials of lyssavirus, all of which are extremely deadly for humans."

Joe Rogan praises Dana White's gambling skills

Joe Rogan has shared a friendship with UFC head honcho Dana White that has spanned multiple decades. The UFC commentator once shared the promotional frontman's gambling abilities.

Speaking to guest Lex Fridman on episode #1824 of JRE, Rogan stated:

"He's so good, they kick him out of casinos. Listen to this story. This was back when it was The Palms... He won so much money, the most he's ever won on a night is $7 million. Most he ever lost on a night is a million. He's really wealthy. So, for him to feel it, to get that charge, he's gotta be betting big money. So, he won so much money, they told him he's banned from the casino."
