Popular MMA personality and podcasting legend Joe Rogan recently spoke about the current US presidential race and the chances of former President Donald Trump winning again. He was joined by former CIA covert operations officer Mike Baker, as he inferred that Trump could have used his failed assassination attempt a few weeks back to sway the public's vote.

On the topic, Baker said:

"If he [Trump] had just walked that civil line...Because the Democrats, they would have gone crazy because they wouldn't have known what to do, but they also wouldn't have been able to help themselves. They would have thrown the hand grenades again as usual. And then you'd have Trump over here, being the reasonable one. Being the reflective and civil one."

Rogan replied:

"That would have been a good strategy. [But] no, it's not in his nature. That's the Scorpion and the Frog [laughs]."

Joe Rogan's initial thoughts on the failed Donald Trump Assassination attempt: "We're in a simulation"

Over a month ago, back when the failed assassination attempt on Donald Trump was fresh in the minds of the world media, Joe Rogan offered his initial thoughts on the shocking turn of events at the Republican rally in Pennsylvania.

Speaking to his guest Chad Daniels, Rogan said (via Joe Rogan Experience):

"If there's ever been a real indication that we're in a simulation, it's like this season of 'USA' is the craziest season that's ever existed. There's so many twists and turns. So many plots. So many villains. So many incompetent bumbling fools...This isn't real. This is writing. Someone wrote this."

In his rant, Rogan also mentioned US Vice President Kamala Harris, who replaced Joe Biden as the Democratic party's official candidate. The podcasting icon hilariously mocked Harris' seemingly overused "what can't be unburdened by what has been" line. He feels that the recent US presidential race is too zany and unpredictable for it not to have been written in a script.
