UFC color commentator Joe Rogan predicts a chaotic aftermath regardless of who wins in the upcoming 2024 United States presidential election. Rogan's comments followed the first presidential debate between former president Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris on Tuesday.
Rogan hosted American libertarian columnist Kat Timpf on the recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience. During the discussion, Rogan expressed concern over how both political factions would react to the results of the 60th quadrennial presidential election. He also hinted at the possibility of unrest escalating into something alarming.
Speaking about the election results, Rogan said:
"Do you think more violence will take place if [Donald]Trump gets in office or more violence will take place if Kamala [Harris] gets in office? Because I anticipate there’s going to be some craziness after the election. Once someone decides whoever someone is, whoever's president, there's going to be some real madness."

Rogan then steered the discussion on a grim route, suggesting that the potential chaos after the elections could lead to increased federal control. He labeled it as a "communist dictatorship" and warned that unrest could be used as a pretext for implementing stricter government regulations. Rogan added:
“I’m not saying this is happening, but this would be the ultimate goal of a communist dictatorship. You cause chaos, you step in to stop the chaos, and you install new rules to make sure there’s no chaos anymore. You cause a problem, you bring up a solution. That solution allows you to gain more control and you just keep doing it.”

Joe Rogan's podcast guest speculates that US presidential elections have "been manipulated since 2012"
American psychologist Dr. Robert Epstein recently made an appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience and speculated that "free and fair election” is an “illusion."
Epstein elaborated on his belief that the United States has not had a free and fair election since 2012, due to the manipulation of public opinion through technology.
Previously, he has expressed concerns that Google poses a serious threat to democracy and addressed the search engine platform's global monopoly. Speaking about the influence of Google and the concept of fair elections, Epstein said:
“We are finding overwhelming evidence that they are very deliberately and systematically messing with us and our elections, especially. I personally believe that as of 2012 the free and fair election, at least at the national level, has not existed. It’s just been manipulated since 2012."
