MSNBC apologizes for misrepresenting Joe Rogan’s comments on Tulsi Gabbard

MSNBC has issued a correction following accusations from Joe Rogan that the network deceptively edited a video clip to misrepresent his comments about former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard as praise for Vice President Kamala Harris.

The controversy began when MSNBC posted a TikTok video that appeared to show Rogan endorsing Harris, a 2024 presidential candidate, and predicting her victory over Donald Trump.

The edited clip, derived from Rogan's episode with political commentator Michael Malice on The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE #2182), was criticized by Rogan, who later clarified that his comments were actually directed at Gabbard.

"This is what MSNBC did, they took a clip of me talking about Tulsi Gabbard and they edited it up and made it look like I was saying great things about Kamala Harris... They didn't do it like AI, they just deceptively edited the things that I was saying."

In response to the backlash, MSNBC removed the video and issued an apology. The network stated:

"We have removed an earlier version of this post that incorrectly implied Joe Rogan was talking more about Vice President Kamala Harris. He was referring to Tulsi Gabbard." [H/t:Fox News]
