Joe Rogan shares unfiltered reaction to Khabib Nurmagomedov's "crazy" removal from Frontier Airlines flight: "Maybe she thinks Jon Jones is the GOAT"

Joe Rogan recently reacted to Khabib Nurmagomedov's ejection from an airplane. Rogan jokingly said the person responsible for the incident may not have considered Nurmagomedov to be the greatest of all time (GOAT), but rather chose Jon Jones.

For context, Nurmagomedov was removed from Frontier Airlines after a disagreement with a flight attendant over his seat in the exit row. The incident occurred when the former champion was asked to change seats due to his weak English-speaking abilities, which Nurmagomedov refused to do.

That's when the woman requested that her supervisor escort the UFC legend out of the plane. However, Nurmagomedov himself chose to exit the plane without causing any hassle.

Following that, Nurmagomedov took to X to condemn the flight attendant's harsh behavior, questioning whether it was a matter of racial or national bias. 'The Eagle' then encouraged the airline to treat its passengers with respect and dignity.

In a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, the UFC commentator responded hilariously when one of his guests mentioned that the flight attendant was a Conor McGregor fan. Rogan speculated that perhaps the individual is a fan of Jones rather than Nurmagomedov:

''Maybe she thinks Jon Jones is the GOAT. She's like f**k off, I'm a Jon Jones fan. Those the goat talk between those two... It's really crazy when you watch it... He was calm and respectful. He obviously speaks English and he knew that , he said 'I'll assist, I'll open the door'... People are crazy... Wouldn’t you love to be on that flight and go ‘Ma’am do you know who that is? Like just let me tell you who that is. Let me Google him real quick.''

Khabib Nurmagomedov is an MMA legend and had many iconic moments during his tenure with the UFC. The one that stood out the most was Nurmagomedov's infamous rivalry with Conor McGregor, which resulted in him submitting McGregor at UFC 229.

In a past conversation with Paul Felder on his podcast, Rogan stated that Nurmagomedov's weigh-in before UFC 229 was one of his favorite moments of all time.

''To this day, one of my favorite moments at a weigh-in is Khabib before the Conor fight, where he says, ‘I’m gonna smash your boy! That was like Khabib trash-talking, which you never heard. You never heard, but Conor brought it out of him.''
