Joe Rogan has called out comedian and television host Bill Maher for his political stance. According to the UFC commentator, Maher isn't as informed as he should be in regards to the current state of politics in the US.
On episode #2173 of The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE), Rogan welcomed guest Jimmy Dore, a stand-up comic and political commentator. During the show, the pair discussed a host of topics, such as the political landscape in the US and the current presidential race between Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
While mentioning the media and the propaganda surrounding American politics specifically, Rogan called out Maher. According to the 56-year-old, Maher needs to be more informed regarding his views, rather than believe the "misleading" narrative driving the mainstream media. He said:
"The media is the best at propagating surface narratives. The best at headlines, even if they're misleading. These surface narratives are the ones that get into people's heads that are the least informed and that's the general population."

Dore then questioned Bill Maher's knowledge, to which Joe Rogan responded:
"He [Maher] doesn't even know what the WEF [World Economic Forum] is all about. That's crazy...Bill Maher is a heratic. Even though he's very much a liberal, he's a heretic. He's not as informed as I'd like him to be about some of the stuff but he hates Donald Trump. He wouldn't even have a rational discussion as to why he hates him."

Joe Rogan believes nuclear war is imminent
Joe Rogan believes a nuclear war could send the human race back to the "cave era" if the worst were to happen.
The ongoing conflicts between Russia and Ukraine and Israel and Palestine have meant that the world is closer than ever to a global nuclear threat happening. Rogan then discussed that very scenario during a recent episode of the JRE, where he was joined by guest Annie Jacobsen.
Jacobsen, an investigative journalist and bestselling author, recently released a book titled "Nuclear War: A Scenario", leading to a discussion with the UFC commentator about the potential outcome if nuclear war was to happen.
Rogan then referenced the atomic bomb that was dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945. He said:
"If you think about the timeline between 1945 and today, it's kind of extraordinary that nobody has launched a nuke. It almost seems like a matter of time. It'll be a blip in history... It could go sideways at any moment and then we're back to the cave era."
