Kamaru Usman recently gave his take on Conor McGregor's diss of Belal Muhammad during the time of UFC 310. Usman couldn't stop guffawing after revisiting what McGregor had to say about Muhammad.
McGregor has fired multiple shots at Muhamad for the past few months. Earlier, the Irishman derided him with words like "embarrassing" and "woeful". But this time he combined one of his and Nate Diaz's iconic catchphrases to fire a shot at the current UFC welterweight champ.
The UFC 310 co-main event between Shavkat Rakhmonov and Ian Machado Garry ended with a victory for the former, portraying him as the next title-shot contender. Rakhmonov also called Muhammad out after his victory for an in-octagon face-off.
But while other fighters are escorted to the octagon by the security in such conditions, Muhammad was mistaken for a regular audience and stopped by them. He was then allowed to enter the octagon after Joe Rogan prompted the security.

McGregor laid out a scathing diss at Muhammad for not being recognized by the security despite being a UFC champion. Initially, he described his thoughts on the entire situation with a Diaz phrase. Thereafter, he used one of his own iconic sayings to mention what the security would have thought after watching Muhammad. 'The Notorious' said in his now-deleted voice note:
"I'm not surprised motherf***ers [at this situation]. [To Muhammad] Shut your mouth... they don't even know you are the champ. 'Who the f**ck is that guy?', that's what the security thought."
Usman played McGregor's voice note on the latest episode of the Pound 4 Pound podcast. He couldn't stop himself from crackling hard at the situation. Usman also laid stress on the fact that Muhammad was allowed into the octagon only after Rogan vouched for it. He said:
"I was like, 'Yo! Joe Rogan had to vouch for you to come through security"

Ilia Topuria dropped his plans for a showdown against Conor McGregor
The buildup period of the UFC 308 main event between Ilia Topuria and Max Holloway had the former firing shots at several fighters, including Conor McGregor. Topuria revealed his wish to take McGregor for the first time during his UFC 298 octagon interview. However, the back-and-forth between the two before UFC 308 had several fans hoping for an encounter at some point.
But, McGregor is recently going through a tumultuous phase as he was found liable for assaulting Nikita Hand in 2018 by a civil court in Dublin. The case severely damaged his reputation, with multiple business ventures severing ties with him.
Recently, Topuria also came clean about his stance to fight McGregor. In an episode of Chiringuito Inside's El Cafelito, Topuria mentioned that he no longer wants to fight McGregor. 'El Matador' said:
"It [a fight against McGregor] interested me, but it doesn't anymore. He's going through very serious personal problems. I have no desire to share the octagon with someone like that."
