A comedy skit performed by Joe Rogan in 1997 has recently resurfaced and gone viral on social media. Rogan, widely recognized as a veteran UFC color commentator and the host of one of the world’s most influential podcasts, The Joe Rogan Experience, began his journey in the entertainment industry with stand-up comedy, which quickly expanded to include television.
At the 1997 VH1 Fashion Awards, Rogan played a comedic role in a skit as Bruce Testones, a quirky and ambitious amateur fashion photographer with a wildly unconventional approach to his art.
In the segment, Rogan's character humorously admits that while he's not especially precise with his photography skills, one aspect of his passion is what truly sets him apart. He said:
"Maybe I don't know a lot of the technical stuff about it, like lighting or developing or shutter speeds, or how to put the film in the camera, but I think I more than make up for that with my passion for photographing hot chicks with big b**bs. That's my world; that's where I live."

When Joe Rogan discussed the challenges of owning a comedy club
During an episode of his podcast in June, Joe Rogan opened up about the difficulties of owning a comedy club, 'Comedy Mothership', which he launched in Austin, Texas, in 2023.
Drawing from his own experiences, Rogan discussed the operational challenges club owners face, from consistently organizing shows to navigating the often difficult dynamics with the artists, some of whom can be especially hard to work with:
"You don't wanna be some person, hoping that this guy shows up, that he wasn't doing coke last night, and he isn't on a two-day bender, missed his flight, or he didn't sleep in, or didn't, you know there's so many factors dealing with your livelihood if you're a club owner. And then you have people get too drunk, they are crazy, they do this, they do that, they wreck their hotel room."
