Teenage Muay Thai phenom Johan Ghazali has a goal in mind this 2025 - to secure a spot in the ONE flyweight division's top five rankings. And he plans to use his upcoming match with Johan Estupinan as a springboard to achieve it.
Ghazali and Estupinan will go head-to-head on Jan. 24 as part of the ONE 170 card, which goes down inside the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.
Ahead of this battle, Johan Ghazali had an interview with Sportskeeda MMA, where he discussed the importance of his upcoming battle by saying:
"A victory here will, hopefully, give me a chance to break into the top five. That's what I want this year. My main goal in 2025. And if I don't get it here, I will attempt to do so in the next fight or whatever that comes after."

Johan Ghazali wants to test Johan Estupinan's chin in their much-awaited bout at ONE 170
The Superbon Training Camp and Rentap Muay Thai Gym representative is also looking forward to exploiting the holes in 'Panda Kick's' defense to put him out with his signature power punches to secure the victory.
During the event's press conference, Johan Ghazali explained the method that he would land that finishing blow on fight night, as he stated:
"I think Estupinan is fast, but timing beats speed, and precision beats power. So I feel like one thing about Estupinan is he's been getting rocked in almost every single fight. So I feel like if we were to go toe-to-toe, it's not going to be me getting knocked out."
