18-year-old Malaysian striking sensation 'Jojo' Johan Ghazali believes Muay Thai can one day be as big as other mainstream sports like football and basketball. He wants to help lead 'the art of eight limbs' to the biggest audiences.

Ghazali is one of the most exciting fighters in ONE Championship, known for his all-out aggression and offense-oriented style. His combination of boyish good looks and charm coupled with killer instinct in the ring has made him a huge star.

Speaking to ONE Championship in a recent interview, Ghazali said he wants to showcase his skills and get more people into Muay Thai.

'Jojo' stated:

"Show people my skills and show people that Muay Thai fighters deserve to be alongside other stars from different sports, like football and other bigger sports."

Ghazali joined the world's largest martial arts organization first through its weekly Asia primetime show, ONE Friday Fights. He then quickly racked up four straight wins before being awarded a six-figure contract to compete on the main roster.

Since then, Ghazali has won five of his last six fights and is now on the verge of becoming a big superstar in ONE Championship.

All 'Jojo' needs is another big win to potentially land a crack at a top-five contender at flyweight. However, his next opponent is no easy task.
