17-year-old Johan Ghazali is no stranger to putting on shows on the global stage, and he promises a similar plot will unfold when he steps inside the ONE Circle in a matter of weeks.

The Rentap Muaythai Gym representative returns for his second American primetime appearance to face Vietnamese striking specialist Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat at ONE 167 inside the Impact Arena on June 7.

As far as talent is concerned, 'Jojo' has constantly delivered one statement after another through his remarkable run at ONE Friday Fights.

Then, after securing a life-changing six-figure contract to battle amongst the biggest names on the roster, he kicked things off with a 36-second finish of former ONE world title challenger Edgar Tabares this past December.

As impressive as that triumph was, 'Jojo' doesn't view it as anything truly remarkable. To him, it's all part of building his brand and reputation as one of the most exciting "Art of Eight Limbs" practitioners on the biggest stage on offer.

Speaking to ONE Championship, Johan Ghazali shared:

"I produce my style according to what the crowd wants because, at the end of the day, Muay Thai is also business. We're here to make money. We're here to put on a show. It's not about putting in boring fights."

With momentum on his side and a drive to become the very best, it's safe to say the Sarawak-based fighter is right in the driver's seat to turn to conquer every challenge that comes in his way of greatness.

Johan Ghazali expects a stiff challenge from Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat

While he would like nothing more than another quick night out, Johan Ghazali expects Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat to provide stiff opposition when they lock horns at ONE 167.

Still, he expects to rule over the 35-year-old Hochiminh City Muay Team athlete in the later rounds to extend his perfect promotional slate.

In the same interview, he added:

"I think I'm going to be in for a tough start. But I do know he will get tired in the later rounds, which then makes it easier for me to knock him out."

Catch him back in action against Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat at ONE 167. Active Amazon Prime Video subscribers in North America can catch the entire card for free live in U.S. primetime.
