Johan Ghazali believes the opportunity to become the first fighter to hand Johan Estupinan a defeat would be extra special.
The 18-year-old talent goes toe-to-toe with the Colombian star in a flyweight Muay Thai joust at ONE 170 inside the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand, on Jan. 24.
Speaking to reporters during a pre-fight virtual media day, the Rentap Muay Thai Gym and Superbon Training Camp star said:
"Of course, it gives me extra motivation. When I win, I would be the only person to beat him. So that's good for my reputation, that's good for my name."

Both superstars have been in impressive form as they seek to get things off to a winning start inside the Thai capital this year.
Johan Ghazali enjoys a 6-1 run, his latest being a first-round knockout of Mexican slugger Josue Cruz at ONE 168: Denver. The teenage superstar has four more highlight-reel moments on the global stage, including a 16-second destruction of Padetsuk Fairtex.
In the opposite corner, Estupinan (26-0) has racked up a four-fight win streak against Kouta Omori, Zafer Sayik, Sean Climaco and Zakaria El Jamari.
Johan Ghazali vows to stick to his aggressive nature to undo Johan Estupinan
Despite training alongside the likes of Superbon and Nong-O now, who typically rely on a high-IQ Muay Femur style, Johan Ghazali believes he'll stick to his high-octane roots to get his hand raised inside the Impact Arena on Jan. 24.
In the same exchange, the Sarawak-based fighter went on to add:
"There will be changes to my game, of course. But I'd like to stick to the same style because I feel my style doesn't have any problems. I just need to twitch a little bit of things in my style."
