John Lineker admits “it is difficult to identify” Thai slugger Kulabdam’s weak points ahead of ONE Fight Night 27 duel

John Lineker may possess untold power, but he's not going into his matchup against Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai without doing his homework.

The Brazilian knockout machine is set for his third Muay Thai fight in ONE Championship when he takes on Kulabdam in the co-main event of ONE Fight Night 27 on Friday, US primetime, at the historic Lumpinee Stadium.

In an interview with ONE Championship, the former ONE bantamweight MMA world champion said Kulabdam would be a tricky opponent since he's yet to find a point of weakness in the Thai slugger.

John Lineker said:

"It is difficult to identify weak points in an athlete like him, but I am still studying his fights and looking for a weak point where I can neutralize him and impose my game."

Lineker is one of the hardest-punching fighters on the planet. He used his mastery of the Sweet Science to capture 37 wins in his MMA career, six of which were under the ONE Championship banner, with 18 skull-crushing knockouts.

After mauling the bantamweight MMA division, Lineker made a brief sojourn to Muay Thai where he's a perfect 2-0 with knockout wins against Asa Ten Pow and Alexey Balyko.

He now looks to topple Kulabdam to complete a hat-trick of wins in The Art of Eight Limbs, but 'Left Meteorite' could be Lineker's toughest opponent in the sport, yet.

Kulabdam is one of the best strikers of his generation and was a two-time Lumpinee Stadium world champion before arriving in ONE Championship in 2019.

John Lineker believes Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai will be one opponent he'll have a hard time matching up against.

In the same interview with ONE Championship, Lineker pointed out Kulabdam's versatility as the greatest threat that he'd face in their bantamweight Muay Thai duel at ONE Fight Night 27.

"I've been following Kulabdam, I've watched some fights, and he's a guy who has a very versatile game. A dangerous guy."
