Johnny Eblen recently dismissed Sean O'Malley's claims that he should've been awarded a unanimous decision win over Merab Dvalishvili at Noche UFC 306. 'Sugar' has claimed that he believes he won three of the five rounds and should have retained his bantamweight championship.
Despite 'Suga's' claims, many in the MMA community don't agree with it and believe that 'The Machine' was rightfully awarded the decision. Among them was the reigning Bellator middleweight champion, who chimed in with his thoughts on the fight as well as O'Malley's recollection of what transpired and concluded that it was due to being surrounded by too many yes-men.
During his latest appearance on The Ariel Helwani Show, the 32-year-old weighed in on the Noche UFC 306 main event and the UFC bantamweight title picture. Eblen noted that he has no beef with O'Malley and mentioned that he would be interested in seeing a rematch with Dvalishvili:
"[O'Malley] didn't beat Merab [Dvalishvili], bro. In what world?... I think he's reaching. This is O'Malley right now, reaching but honestly, I like O'Malley, I like his style, I think he can adapt to make Merab adapt. I wanna see that fight again in the near future, but I also wanna see Merab and Umar [Nurmagomedov]."

Johnny Eblen discloses whether he'd be interested in competing in PFL regular season in 2025
In addition to sharing his thoughts on Sean O'Malley's claims regarding his bout against Merab Dvalishvili, Johnny Eblen disclosed whether he'd be interested in competing in the PFL regular season in 2025.
The global season is the PFL's annual tournament that awards the winners a world championship and a USD 1 million grand prize. During the aforementioned appearance, Eblen mentioned that he would be interested in competing in a tournament but only if it is under his current deal:
"If [PFL] pay me what I'm getting paid for a fight and they want me to fight four times for the year, I'm not gonna be upset. I'd be a multi-millionaire by the end of it, so I mean, if they want to do that , just gotta make sure that they don't change my contract up and we keep it the same. We would have to renegotiate some stuff I think."
