Johnny Fisher looks to remain undefeated against Dave Allen.

On Saturday, December 21, the combat sports community will tune in to watch the rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury. Usyk won their first meeting in May to become the undisputed heavyweight world champion.

Earlier in the night, three undefeated heavyweights look to utilize the massive platform to showcase their skills.

One of the heavyweights to keep an eye on is Johnny Fisher (12-0). The Englishman has racked up eleven knockouts, including two in 2024.

Fisher's next challenge is against Dave Allen (23-6-2). The 32-year-old is coming off consecutive decision wins against Jake Darnell and Amine Boucetta. 'White Rhino' plans to skyrocket his marketability by taking out Fisher.

Fisher has received praise as the potential next great English heavyweight. The 25-year-old could walk away from the weekend as the WBA Intercontinental heavyweight champion if he can defeat Allen

Saturday’s event, including the rematch between Usyk and Fury, will air live on DAZN pay-per-view starting at 8:00 a.m. PT / 11:00 a.m. ET / 10:00 a.m. CT.

Johnny Fisher vs. Dave Allen

Round 1:

Johnny Fisher vs. Dave Allen is underway. Fisher throws out a few jabs to open the fight. Fisher puts together a one-two combination before going down to the body. Fisher unloads several vicious body punches.

Allen is going to have to walk through fire to win this one. Fisher is looking sharp and his jab is a problem. Allen pauses momentarily and looks at the referee for a low punch. The referee doesn't acknowledge the punch and Fisher capitalized.

Fisher's body punches and jabs have been a problem for Allen. Allen might be in for a rough night if he doesn't turn things around soon.

Round 2:

Johnny Fisher picks up right where he left off. Dave Allen hasn't found a way around Fisher's jab. Fisher unloads another brutal body punch. Allen lands a jab as he attempts to gain some momentum. Allen complains about another low punch.

Allen stayed against the ropes too long. Fisher unloads a few heavy punches but doesn't overextend on the attack. Fisher lands a right hand from a distance and follows up with another body punch. Allen seems to be slowing down already.

Fisher lines up a big right hand and finds the target. Allen attempts to counter before Fisher makes him pay with uppercuts.

Round 3:

Johnny Fisher is starting to build on his combinations. Dave Allen fires back with a right hand. Allen's pants are slightly falling down as he eats another right hand. Allen is doing a decent job of weathering Fisher's early storm.

Allen is attempting to push forward and put together some momentum. Fisher is slowing down slightly but his power hasn't gone anywhere. Allen grabs onto Fisher and pushes him against the ropes temporarily. This fight is starting to get a little sloppy as we head to the fourth round.

Round 4:

Dave Allen comes over the top with a right hand to counter Johnny Fisher's jabs. Allen hasn't slowed down anymore and Fisher's gas tank is getting tested now. Allen's continuous clinching is taking steam off Fisher's punches.

Fisher lands a clean right hand. Allen attempts to come over the top with a wild overhand right. Fisher returns to his body attack before firing off two hooks. Allen is finding success when he's able to make this fight ugly.

Allen is suffocating Fisher's attacks with clinches. Allen hasn't found much punching success, but he is slowing down Fisher.

Round 5:

Johnny Fisher is teeing off on Dave Allen when they stay at a distance. Allen catches Fisher with a hook. Fisher goes down to the ground! Fisher survives. Allen is looking for the finish. Allen threw Fisher down to the ground.

Allen is closing in on the finish. Fisher looks exhausted. Allen is unleashing power hooks and uppercuts. What a turn of events. Fisher fires back with a big right hand. Fisher's nose is bleeding. Both fighters are refusing to quit.

Fisher unloads a massive hook to end the round. Both fighters are running low on energy. We're going to find out who wants it more.

Round 6:

Johnny Fisher throws out several big punches. Dave Allen eats them and begs Fisher for more. Fisher is attempting to put together combinations, but he's completely forgotten about his game plan to attack the body.

Allen is breathing with his mouth wide open. Allen has Fisher pushed against the ropes as they are trying to catch their breath. Something is going to have to give because both fighters are exhausted in a grueling battle.

Allen stuns Fisher with an uppercut. Fisher is temporarily in survival mode. Allen comes over the top with a looping right hand that misses the target.

Round 7:

Johnny Fisher returns to his body attack. Allen lands an overhand right. Fisher is on wobbly legs once again. Fisher is showcasing his heart and durability. Allen is playing mind games but talking to Fisher throughout the fight.

Fisher is stuck in the corner temporarily. The referee gives Fisher a warning for low punches. Allen was finding success before Fisher landed a big left hook. Fisher stood still too long and Allen made his pay with another hook.

How are both fighters still standing? Allen is making Fisher pay with body punches. Fisher pushes his opponent back with another combination.

Round 8:

Johnny Fisher puts together a one-two combination. Dave Allen counters with an overhand right that stuns Fisher once again. Allen goes body-head while Fisher is against the ropes. Allen is pushing forward and breaking down Fisher.

Allen made Fisher pay in the clinch with uppercuts. The output from Fisher has decreased. Allen is swarming Fisher with relentless pressure. Fisher refuses to back down as he bites down on his mouthpiece and throws bombs.

Fisher lands a cracking uppercut. Fisher has made a statement tonight about his durability regardless of the result.

Round 9:

Dave Allen's punches seem to be getting heavier every single round. Johnny Fisher's jab has slowed down tremendously, so he's forced to focus on his power punches. Allen lands a looping left hook and pushes Fisher into the corner.

Allen is starting to run away with this fight as Fisher hasn't had much of an answer in round nine. Allen pushes Fisher over. Fisher goes down to the body, but Allen makes him pay with forward pressure.

Allen lands a sharp jab. Allen continues to play mind games by telling Fisher to come forward. Allen lands a hook and Fisher almost looks out on his feet.

Round 10:

Three minutes left for this grueling battle. Johnny Fisher is leaving everything in the ring. Dave Allen's experience has been a difference-maker, especially in these later rounds. Allen pushes Fisher with a forearm. The referee gives him a warning.

Fisher pushes Allen back with an overhand right. Allen returns to the clinch to frustrate FIsher. Allen is all over Fisher while he's against the ropes. Allen finds the target with an inside hook. Fisher pushes forward and lands a cracking right hand.

Allen showcases a flash of energy with two big punches. Fisher charges forward. We're going to the scorecards.

Official Result: Johnny Fisher def. Dave Allen by split decision (95-94 x2 and 93-96) for the WBA Intercontinental heavyweight title.
