"My manager...goes, 'Matt, there was a new model, latest most powerful hearing aids ever made'. I'm like, 'Okay, why not? I'll just try it'. When I put those on, I'm like, 'Wow'. Then I start to listen to my mom's voice. I said, 'Mom, I can finally for the first time hear your voice'. And she cried. Then I looked at both of my kids...and they were crying."
